upDATES...

25th Dec 2oo6, Monday...

Merry christmas!

..................................................................

Wasn't a fun occasion for me... maybe my expectation was too high. it made me feel so disappointed to know that nothing fun is going to happen on christmas. no santa claus, no surprise gifts, no dinner with a bunch of friends because some are in singapore while the others didn't want to go out for dinner, etc...

..................................................................

went for aple's party on the 23rd, met with stephie, felt so good making fun of her. haha... she said she's anticipating for the starting of 3rd sem because she doesn't want to stay at home growing fungus. i miss my 'married gang' a lot too...

...................................................................

went to a malay friend's wedding lunch opposite klcc. first time attending a malay wedding ceremony. it's fun using fingers to eat (actually it's fun licking the fingernails at the end of it. it tasted like food with some extra ingredients. yum...)

...................................................................

penang trip was good.

one night while we were driving out for dinner, my aunt asked me why did god created flies? well, my answer was because every good thing created there's a bad thing that comes along.

my uncle overheard it and asked, why not you say it the other way round, when bad things came around, good things follow after.

well, i told my uncle "i just couldn't help it. i'm a pessimist..."

penang...

19th dec 2006, Tuesday

first day of family retreat in Penang. wasn't as bad as i expected. at least i was patient, and because of that, i won rm20. yeah. (wanna know why? i won a bet between me and mom-see who lose temper at grandma first. ooohhh-hooooo-hooo)

driving all the way from kl to penang wasn't as fun as i thought. but at least i managed to drive without falling asleep. ahahaha...

had lunch half way, and OMG! the placa was dirty, but the food was nice. what a dilemma. if i eat, i might suffer from tummy ache sooner of later, but if i don't eat, i might not have enough energy to drive and hence accident might occur and etc... ahaha.... so, the hungry me gobbled down everything withinn my sight without thinking any further.

reached penang by 2pm. checked into presidential suite and had a nice nap. but before that, of course need to satisfy the excited and all-geared up kids by taking them to the pool. it's a nice place over at gurney hotel.

dinner was superb. with food and food and more food! although it's only hawker stalls, still, i am soooo full and happy... (i guess)

B... miss you a lil' over here. small B is here with me and he is so adorable. love him lots. muaks!
B... call mewhenever you're free e?

uh... by the way, just in case you are wondering... i am using my uncle's lappie... nop, i didn't bring mine. =)

BaBySiTTiNg WeEk...

17th December 2oo6, Sunday, 12.26am...
I'm sitting down on the couch, with the tv on, and laptop in front of me, and staring at the Christmas tree that got my pair of socks hanging around it (haha, I took off my socks just now and decided that the tree needs a pair too, so I just hung them onto it and it looks so nice and extraordinary!).

Erm...
I'm missing someone...
That special someone...

I had a very very good time being a babysitter at my uncle's house. Obviously I was reluctant to go there because I was afraid of the mischievous kids, and also I knew very very well that I am going to overfeed myself with all those delicious home cooked food (well, what to do? my uncle's maid is really a very up-to-standard cook, and very capable as well. Too bad she'll be leaving for Indonesia for good in 6 months time. I'm gonna miss her, I bet my little cousins too.). Talking about being reluctant, I did ask myself why the heck on earth I agreed to baby-sit them? There's no life in Puchong, not even the tv is functional because my aunt doesn't like them watching tv shows (and yet my cousins are smart people, they got cartoon DVDs), there's no friends staying in Puchong, there's no freedom there, and everything bad. I guess the only reason that had made me compromised to all these are because my uncle loves me. I know he really does love me and take care of me since I was young. I know very well that if I were to refuse to take up the role, I am really a god-damn niece.

But thank god that no matter how tough my life's going to be, there's always that special someone, being there for me all the time. Sean, accompanied me for the whole 3 days. Although he wasn't able to take 2days leave, still, he tried to come home from office as early as possible to bring the kids out to the park.

B...
I missed you...
I missed having you hugging me till I fell asleep...
I missed the way you carried baby Victor...
I missed sending you off to work...
I missed having meals with you at the dining table, where I really had time talking about your day, and mine too...
I missed waiting for you to get home and together we bring the kids go to the park...
I missed the way you carried Victoria across the puddle of mud...
I missed you looking at me feeding baby Victor...
I missed the way you were so angry with Arthur...
I missed the way you pulled the strand of hair that was stuck between the Magna Block and baby Victor's swollen forehead, it looked so funny...
I missed taking photos with you in the room...
I missed feeling your embrace when I was in tear...
I missed you holding my hand...
I missed you comforting my heartache by massaging and doing all that you can...
I missed the way you looked at me and tell me in my eyes that I'm pretty...
I missed the way you looked at me putting eyeliner...
I missed the way both of us looked at uncle's new Ipod, Mont Blanc pen and Rolex...
I missed the way you smile when I decided to give you my Ipod...
I missed the way you feel for me even though I didn't say a word...
I missed you sitting next to me...

I just missed you B...

How long can this be? I am afraid of the future... I really do...
I might be too young to think of our future, it's just so bleak and treacherous...
It's never predictable...
I might just doze off, and never wake up again...
Or things might just get ugly all of a sudden...
We might just fight and our love dies...
But whatever it is, I just wanted to say thank you...

Because
I am loved...

what's up gal?

8th December 2oo6, Friday

"what have you been doing lately stephz?"

"well, work, work, and more work..."

.........................................................................................................................

although i am having my holiday now, i choose to work. part of the reason is that i wouldn't want to get spider webs all around me when i start my new semester. (you know? it'll take me a long time to clear them up. and since i am such a lazy person, most probably i'll give up doing so and it'll make me look so horrible, terrible and vegetable when i get to college to meet my mates and lecturers...)
another obvious reason is that I WANT MONEY. not that i am really desperate for money, but i realized that days without enought money to spend ain't something that i wanted to go through. hence, i've decided to earn more money so that by the end of the day, at least i'll have more to save and buy stuff that i wanted. (of course a big part of my salary will be allocated to pay back loan sharks... *wink*)

"so, what kind of work are you doing?"

wow, seriously that's a really very good question, because i also don't really know how to answer...

PROSTITUTE.... (never!)

i was working for Digi, just like what i've written in my previous entry. and the slick & sly & cunning me (ngek ngek ngek) took a week leave from Digi and accepted another job. (ops, is there any Digi people here?) haha....

International Buskers' Festival!

Basically it's an interesting job, but kinda tiring too because i need to dress up everyday and walk around (either in menara kl or 1 utama) and posing for people to take photos and constantly need to mind my steps because i am wearing high heels and i need to put on make ups and i need to take care of my featherly costume (u know? kids nowadays like pulling feathers!). but by the end of every day i am just so happy and satisfied because at least i didn't faint. (u know? the head gear and costumes are super tight and heavy!)

and yeah, i do look pretty in make ups. haha....

......................................................................................................................................

Buddies are all back from penang and singapore. although i am working, still, i forked out some time for the once-or-twice-or-trice-a-year-buddies-gathering. haha... love all!

they'll be going to singapore for christmas. uh, i am envious about them. but i guess i'll be having fun this christmas too... (not!)

i've been thinking of the family trip to penang, i can picture my grandma who couldn't stop talking for a second, who never mind her own business (but others), who always wanted to show that she knows everything, and the worst of all is that she will be hopping onto the same car as mine! and i can also imagine the 3 kids of my uncle running around like hooligans, at times crying and make me feel like leaving for kl, at times fighting, and during meal times they just wanted to play with the fork and spoon and the FOOD. OMG! and some scenes like aunt and granny fight will occur too (not that they really fight, but my granny will talk bad about her, and my aunt will put on a sour face as the counter-attack strategy)... isn't that a happy trip ever???? AW.....

AIKS!

AIKS!
